Villa Limhamn - Őrbottyán

We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C.

Ebben a környezetben épült a ház, amelyben két szeparált apartman (barna és szürke) található, ezeket külön-külön, vagy akár a teljes házat is bérelni tudod. Ha ebben a hirdetésben foglalsz, akkor a teljes házat, azaz mindkét apartmant lefoglalod és csak Ti lesztek a házban! A házból és a kert bármely pontjáról csodálhatod a Dunát és a Visegrádi várat. A város szélén, nyugodt, madárcsicsergős környezetben fekszik békés otthonunk, amit azért is szeretünk szívből, mert innen erdei-mezei séták is 1-2 perc gyaloglással elérhetők. Galériás, nagy belmagasságú nappalink a tágas, kertkapcsolatos teraszra néz. Konyhánk minden főzéshez szükséges kellékkel felszerelt, óriási családi ebédeket rendezhetünk itt, és jó időben a teraszon terítünk. Forgalommentes zsákutcában, nagy, zöld, családbarát kertünkben házi kedvenceidet is szeretettel várjuk.

On summer it's cooler than in the hot city, the autumn is simply beautiful, and - surprise - the grey winter fog is even more beautiful by the side of the tiled stove. Go for a hike nearby, then cook a dinner together, and finish the day in the sauna!
