It is rarely know information that bay of Kastela used to be called Lintar, the reason why my beautiful apartment got this name. Lintar is just 20 meters away from the waterferont in a bright sunny pedestrian zone street. Here, everything is on your hand, pebble-sandy beach is a 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, open market, restaurant, caffe bar, all in a 50 meters reach.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the center of Kastel Stari. surrounded on one side by the city of Split, on the other by Trogir and even when you add the beautiful islands nearby (Hvar, Brac, Solta) you have everything you need. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment and two air conditioners to reflect the modern.

The biggest gem of the apartment is the big balcony that is 18 m2 on which is a dinning table and sun chairs. From the big bedroom with a special balcony you can enjoy the morning coffee before taking a swim in the ocean which is 3 min of walk from the apartment.
