Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The kitchen and living room are updated, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views out the sliding door and windows are great! You can see the ocean from the dinning area and the grass and tropical plants are beautiful too. The bedroom carpet could use an update (stained) and the AC was great to have but is loud. Like previous renters have commented, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, one night at 3:30am! But overall, it was a great stay for the week and we really appreciated Melissa’s restaurant & hiking recommendations. We loved both Ama and BarAcuda! Also, we made a reservation for Ha’ena State Park 30 days ahead like she suggested which we definitely needed to do to get spots on the shuttle bus to Ke’e beach and the Kalalau trail. Mahalo!🌴

Briana place was a great find! Overall, I would rate it 4/5 - solid vacation spot in Kauai. Very close to the airport, calm beach (sometimes the tide could get very rough at other places, but for us rough tides was not an issue!), and great view! The staff was very helpful esp Tia who helped us check in and gave us amazing local recommendations. The grounds are big and spacious, and immaculately maintained! I took off a star bc of parking and the room. The slots to park are very narrow. A lot of big cars habited the parking lot that took two spots, wasting a lot of space. The walk from the overflow lot was far from the entrance making it a bit of a hassle. The room was tiiny. With luggage etc it was hard to move around. Also there is no light in the passage of the closet. If the bathroom door was closed, one could hardly see in the closet even with the entrance light on and we couldn’t find a closet light. But if I was back, I would consider staying here again with a good ABNB deal :)

Amazing views through out the condo. You will wake up to the ocean. Cook with ocean views, and even watch TV with ocean views. Fully stocked kitchen. Located in the beautiful community of Princeville. Easy drive down to Hanalei beach and town. Local grocery store Foodland. You can’t beat the price for the location and views!

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

LaniKai #131 is absolutely beautiful. A lovely condo that is very private (only about 18 units total) we felt right at home & although there were others around. A lot of the time we had the pool or community areas to ourselves. The coconut marketplace was walkable (maybe a block) & you could do shopping, pick up basics from the ABC store or grab dinner at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and had nice safe areas for kids. Many times we walked along the shore & path to Lava Lava for happy hour or breakfast. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. The finishes were beautiful and made us feel at home. I like to unpack and there were truly many storage areas & hooks, in the bedrooms and bathrooms that were very thoughtful for guests. & the whole home A/C was much appreciated since we come from a cooler climate. There were also many outlets that made for easy charging of electronics. & we loved the seating in the main room for everyone to spread out. We definitely plan to return!!

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

This was a great base camp for our family kauai adventure. We enjoyed the air conditioning and full kitchen. There were a couple of things that we needed help with during our stay and our host was very responsive every time we reached out. The only thing that we would say could be improved would be that the front bedroom doesn't really get cool from the AC so some nights our kids got pretty warm even with the fans but other than that it was a fantastic stay. The beach is literally right across the parking lot and there are chairs and a pool right by the beach that we enjoyed.

Great little studio, perfect for my friend and I. patio was private, parking was accessible, air conditioning was great! Thanks so much for having us, would recommend to others looking for a quaint little spot. Would recommend a rental car to get around to local beaches and tour the north end of island.

After an almost 20 hour day of travel, stepping into our AirBnB was a breath of fresh air. The unit itself is cozy and relaxing with a beautiful view that backs up to the golf course just across the way. Location proximity to a variety of beaches, both walkable and a short drive, was heavily appreciated after days spent hiking in the warm Hawaiian sun. Having the porch door open at night to let in a cool breeze was the best way to wind down for the evening. I would happily return to Annie's and Greg's condo the next time we visit Kaua'i.

Our stay entire stay has been amazing! We explored the Secret Beach, went snorkeling, and even spotted whales from the living room— such a magical moment! To top it off, I captured some stunning Milky Way photos that I’ll treasure forever. This trip and stay has truly been a dream come true. Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

We loved staying in Princeville only 10 minutes to Hanalei. The view is outstanding from morning to night. We really enjoyed the lounge at the resort when we didn’t feel like going into town or cooking, there was live music which was nice. We would stay here again no question. Mahalo!

Excellent location for beautiful morning walks and access to some of the most scenic beaches on island. We appreciated having the filtered water pitcher in the fridge, spacious dining table, and beach gear. Loved the solid surface flooring it felt new and clean, much better than units with carpet. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

I’ve been in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this one was one of my favorites. Beautiful location, beautiful condo very clean exactly as described. the kitchen had all we needed. It was fully stocked the grocery store was right across the street so we had breakfast at the condo just about every morning while sitting at the dining room over looking the pool and ocean. They had plenty of towels which was nice because we had teenage boys with us and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Each room having its own bathroom was also very nice and convenient. Fresh pool towels were also given and exchanged any time needed. The condo had a closet stacked with snorkeling gear and other fun water toys. There’s even a spa on the premises also a gorgeous restaurant with beautiful views and great food right next to the pool. Pool has a lazy river and multiple hot tubs. The host was wonderful very responsive gave clear directions. The place is easy to find. Location is close to everything

Unsere Zeit bei Gigi haben wir sehr genossen und wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Für uns als 4-köpfige Familie war das die perfekte Unterkunft. alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war ruhig und mit dem Auto war man schnell in Hanalei und anderen tollen Orten. Kommunikation war hervorragend und wir durften sogar zwei Stunden später auschecken.

We had an amazing time at Nat’s place. The location was perfect: easy walk to the beach and beautiful path along the cliffs. The description and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Kaua’i, will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Nat was very responsive and helpful with precise instructions upon check in and out. Thank you Nat!!

My husband and I have stayed at over 30 airbnbs. This was by far our favorite experience we have had. The place was very clean and cozy. Bryant and Jane were amazing hosts responding quickly to any questions and giving an abundance of recommendations throughout the island. We had everything we needed to make our own meals and recreate at the beach. We saw whales, dolphins and rainbows from the balcony on numerous occasions. Theres nothing quite like waking up to the sound of roosters crowing and the ocean waves crashing on the cliffs. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is well worth the money to make your trip to Kauai extra special.

Milo and Theresa were amazing hosts. They were great communicators, very responsive and made the entire process and stay seamless. Their property was beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, well designed and had everything needed for a great stay. As someone who knows Kauai quite well, the location is one of the best on the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing location on the east side of Kauai serves as a great home base for some adventures all around the island. The first floor unit and lanai with a beautiful grass lawn between you and the ocean was perfect for the kids to have space to run and play. The beach at the condo was perfect for the morning sunrise, but not the best swimming beach. To swim and play, if we weren’t in the pool, we preferred a few other beaches in the area. Shopping was really close by with great restaurants within easy walking distance. Thanks for letting us use your place. Our family didn’t want to leave!

What a view!! We arrived when it was dark, and I ran to the window as soon as the sun came up the first morning and was thrilled with our view. We just checked in to our next airbnb on the south shore and are already missing the mountains in the north! The resort is easy to navigate with great beach access and my kids loved the pool, too. The condo was a great place for us to rest in the evening and play board games as a family. Excellent communication from the host - would absolutely stay again!

We have just returned home from a week in Kapaa. Although Mother Nature did not corporate with us, our time in this beautiful condo was wonderful. Devin's home did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We also used the BBQ grill on the grounds and it was spotless! Speaking of the grounds, the landscape here is absolutely stunning. They do have hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. They do not have shower soap or shampoo. THANK YOU Devin and Carla!! We will forever have these special memories of celebrating my mom's 90th birthday!! and Yes, she walked up those 3 flights of stairs each day!

We loved staying at Mike’s beautiful townhome! Such a great space with three bedrooms and three baths and it was the perfect layout for our family of five! He had everything you need, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and a very helpful wagon to walk it all down to the beach! We highly recommend staying here for the friendly communication, wonderful accommodations, and great location!! Mahalo Mike!!!
