4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. Sangat senang akhirnya Menemukan villa dengan fasilitas nyaman dan lengkap di area Tangerang.. yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Kamar besar-besar .. pool cantik dan menarik untuk sebuah acara private limited party. Mereka juga mem-provide BBQ dan Breakfast yang enak. Jika butuh es batu untuk acara, bisa order dulu sebelum check in. Mereka juga akan membantu menyediakannya. Owner sangat ramah dan membantu menjelaskan banyak hal.

Kami sangat nyaman untuk bermalam disini dan mba nur sangat ramah. Saya dan teman bermalam untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Wifi nya cukup bagus dan Smart TV nya sangat besar, kebetulan bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti layar proyektor.. sangat rekomendasi

I had a really nice stay, the place was super clean and cozy. The host has fixed the water issues and the water is clear as sky :) The place has a very calm neighborhood. Will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends

Highly recommended untuk staycation or shooting, desainnya modern, serta fasilitas lengkap. Suasananya tenang, sehingga menjadi lokasi sempurna untuk shooting MV, termasuk produksi skala besar seperti shooting dari team kami, Nagaswara.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Dwitya was an excellent host—responsive and truthful :) 10 out 10

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. We highly recommend Ingrid's apartment for any family looking for a comfortable and enjoy

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

I rented Kevin's AirBnB for my partner and in-laws (total 3 pax) travelling from overseas. Kevin's place is great value for money - bedrooms, living space and amenities were spot on. I honestly would have 5-starred every single component of the AirBnB criteria. However, due to no fault of Kevin's, the previous guest (just before us) checked out extremely late (beyond the supposed 12pm), resulting in the Cleaner having to do an extremely rushed clean to prepare the place for us. We had to wait till 4pm+ (check-in time was 3pm). In the midst of this inconvenience, we have to commend Kevin for his 5-star response to the entire situation - he was very contactable throughout the whole ordeal, patiently hearing us out, offering additional cleaning, and self-initiated some compensation. All in all, will totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Tangerang, and close enough to travel to Jakarta.

Kami menginap 1 Minggu merasa nyaman sekali. Disediakan tidak hanya welcome Drink saja, tapi macam2 snack. Keluar unit langsung ke kolam renang dan ruang olah raga, meskipun kami tidak menggunakan fasilitas ini. Unit ini kami rekomendasikan dan kemungkinan besar bila ada kesempatan, kami akan kembali bermalam.

Tempatnya keren si sesuai dengan iklan, bersih, akses lokasi sangat mudah di temukan, parkir gratis.

Awesome apartment with magnificent views over Golf Island, PIK2 and Pulau Onrust (can recommend a day trip there too!). Place was clean and spacious, had fast wifi and Netflix. Enormous swimming pool downstairs. Really enjoyed staying here. Good location close to the airport and/or for visiting North Jakarta
