The perfect solution for your southern Iowa trip. Located close to Ellston Ia & Sun Valley Lake, our smaller unit is like a hotel room. It has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

A lake front house on a 500 acre private lake with a dock on the property, 80 feet of shoreline, swimming in the cove under mature trees. Kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and a swim pad are available for guest use. Separate fire pit area as well as deck and covered patio with a grill for outdoor enjoyment. This newly remodeled house features a spacious, full kitchen, dining area with a 10 person farmhouse table, living room with 3 full couches , one of which doubles as a queen size bed. There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.

Enjoy the peace of quiet country living. I have no close neighbors and truly live on a farm. The downstairs apartment has it's own back-of-the-house entrance with a large patio area. There are no steps. Down the hill is a pond with fishing and a grass trail all around. We are 8 miles from both Little River Lake and Nine Eagles State Park.
