King's Cottage Uralla

Relax in a slice of Uralla's history. King's Cottage, circa 1886 has been lovingly restored and renovated, offering guests the charm of yesteryear, coupled with modern day conveniences. Each bedroom features a period gas flame fireplace, as well as the bathroom where you can lay back in the bath gazing in to the fire as you relax. The cottage also features gas central heating throughout and an expansive sunroom/dining and lounge area has its own dedicated wood burner, for those cosy evenings.

Carisbrook Cottage, Armidale

Carisbrook cottage is a stylish cosy 1920’s blue brick home, Featuring 3 Spacious bedrooms, a living room that is accompanied by a wood fire, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a modern kitchen & dining area for all your entertainment needs. Located 2 blocks from Armidale CBD. Everything you need is located within walking distance, including TAS, cafes, pubs, shopping center and Corner Creperie across the road. With a secure fenced yard, it’s perfect for visitors with small outdoor pets.

Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a two BBQ areas. Adjoining the cottage, there is a fire pit, gas BBQ and cast iron cooking equipment. The indoor BBQ area has a pizza oven, gas BBQ, refrigerator and outdoor setting There is access to a flushing toilet and shower, next to the indoor BBQ area which is 40m away from the cottage. The pool room, indoor BBQ area and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests.

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Perched high up on the edge of Dangars Gorge, surrounded by nature, this unique Eco Hauslein Tiny home offers spectacular views of the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park, Dangars Gorge and the Falls. Completely off grid however with all of today’s modern comforts. Enjoy the night sky and bush surrounds, have a soak in the outdoor bath which boasts perhaps the best view in the New England. It’s a great base to explore from, with local walks on the property or longer walks in the area.

Barking Dog Gallery Bedsit

Barking Dog Gallery is opposite The Top Pub and New England Brewery on the main road in Uralla. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.

The "Reynella" Hut

"Reynella" is a restored and well appointed hut with breathtaking views on 100 acres. This charming, light filled hut is a studio (10 minutes from central Armidale) providing a warming space to relax and unwind with a sense of peace and privacy. You can take a stroll down to the river on the property (keep your eyes out for our resident platypus!) or explore the Blue Hole Swimming area and Gara Gorge being a short two minute drive from the hut.

The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living. BBQ rear deck & outside open fire place for outside living.

Cumquat Cottage

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.
