The sprawling homestay has 2 bedrooms (Both Airconditioned) which can accomodate 6 pax (Two extra beds will be provided for the extra two guests) is close to Kochi and has a touch of Kerala peeking through its decor. The 1920s styled retro staircase is a beautiful blast from the past. Tastefully done bedrooms with poster beds, wooden furniture and elegant wallpaper decors, adds a touch of royalty to the ambience.

River Periyar is where you will be. With all its beauty. Right in front of you. With varying colours, breeze, ripples, plenty of birds, and very peaceful. Ideal getaway for a family vacation, or a party. The village is very serene and beautiful. You can go kayaking, do some fishing, barbeque, relax on hammocks, go boating, stroll through the paddy fields of the village, visit local attractions such as Paravur, Cherai, Kodungalloor etc. Food on request. Swiggy, Zomato, etc delivery available.

Heritage house by the river

Welcome to our heritage home and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . House has two bedrooms and the cottage, three. Total 5. Guests get one bedroom per couple booked, two bedrooms for 4 people and so on. We normally host one couple/group at a time, other bedrooms remain vacant. Free use of common spaces , gardens , pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Speedboat with driver if available is chargeable. Breakfast is included.
