The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with a seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs to the left is a separate family bathroom and to the right a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels & it’s own en-suite then a further larger bedroom with zip n link king or twin beds.

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.
