Located 7 miles north from the airport ferry terminal, 10 miles north of downtown, and 5 miles from Knudson Cove and Clover Pass. One bedroom with a queen and a queen pull-out couch in living room. Single cot available upon request. Three couches and a smart TV. Kitchenette has cooking utensils/equipment, coffee maker, microwave, rice cooker, hotplate, electric skillet, ect. NO STOVE. The “Diamond House” was built in the 80's by a local man named Mr. Diamond who was known for his smoked fish.

My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. An optional unit (Cedar Suite) with an adjoining door is available to rent with one queen bed and two twin beds. The owners are local and have a shop located below the unit.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
