We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

Villa Chomtawan is amazing, and we are already talking about when we can return. The home is beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous (the sunsets!!) and very quiet, but what really stands out is the onsite villa team. Maew and the other staff are wonderful. I highly recommend you take advantage of the home-cooked meal options -- you will not be disappointed! Luliia and Maew were incredibly responsive, arranging anything we needed (from a boat day to groceries to special birthday cupcakes). Both Luliia (who is offsite) and Maew (the onsite villa manager) responded to any text within minutes. Also, Maew is a lovely person to chat with and be around. This is a special place. Also something to note: there is a wonderful — but shy — dog (Suay) who lives around the villa and lots of adorable (and largely friendly) kitties who also roam around. We loved this because it made us feel at home but, if that's not your thing, don't worry — they keep to themselves and won't get in your way.

Ich war vier Wochen in der Villa und es war Entspannung pur. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Der Privatstrand ist sensationell und einzigartig und zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Mit einem Lieferdienst kann man sich alles mögliche sehr schnell direkt in die Villa liefern lassen oder man geht von der Villa direkt mit dem Taxi in eine andere Location - das war sehr komfortabel. Der Standort der Villa ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ich habe es sehr gemocht und kann es weiterempfehlen wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Der Pool und der kleine Gartenbereich um die Villa herum gibt einem Luft zum atmen und man fühlt sich nicht eingesperrt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne noch geblieben. Kévin est un superhôte, un vrai. Nous avons pris contact avec lui un bon moment avant notre séjour car nous avions choisi sa magnifique villa pour célébrer notre mariage à Samui. Kévin a répondu dans le détail et même plus à toutes nos questions, il nous a proposé de bons plans afin de profiter de ses contacts et réseau social (location de voiture, excursion en bateau, fournisseurs de fruits locaux et bio, restaurants, etc.). Il nous avait arrangé un transport directement à la sortie de l'aéroport. Il avait même pris soin de garnir le frigo avec le nécessaire pour demarrer, ce qui a été très apprécié. Bref, Kévin a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin du séjour, communication impeccable. La villa est spacieuse et confortable, un décor idyllique dans la mangrove, tranquille, paisible à 30 secondes de la plage. Kévin a grandement contribué à la réalisation d'un séjour inoubliable. Si vous aimez le cachet et le confort, sa ville est à réserver sans hésiter.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

Die Villa ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, super komfortabel und mit Antiquitäten äußerst geschmackvoll und klassisch thailändisch ausgestattet. Super Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Penibel sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist absolut ungestört. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das tolle Haus wird nur noch vom Gastgeber Kevin übertroffen, der schon bei der Anreise behilflich ist, jederzeit erreichbar ist und unglaublich tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Samui gegeben hat. Sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall hat er geholfen und ein phantastisches Krankenhaus empfohlen. Kevin ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Ich kann ihn und die Villa nur empfehlen.

The villa was absolutely stunning and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset particularly from the kitchen / outdoor terrace area and the master bedroom. The villa was very well maintained by the lovely team at the headland villa complex! Kate and Palm were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for us - we were celebrating a special birthday and they even provided a cake as complimentary they also organised massages for us one of the days in the villa! The area of the villa has a few local restaurants and easy access to the beach via stairs. The location is perfect for a relaxing break. Busier areas can be reached by taxi - lamai (25 mins), lip noi (10 mins), Bophut (45 mins). Taxis are easy to organise through the team at the headland villas or grab pick up within 10 minutes!

Adrian’s listing was amazing. This condo offers an amazing location and amenities. I very much enjoyed the stay here and was able to easily jump to other locations in Samui from the condo. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the island!

Wundervolle Gastgeber, liebevoll, humorvoll und unglaublich aufmerksam. Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Unser Aufenthalt bei Pannipa und Markus war einfach unvergesslich – dank ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft und ihres wunderschönen Zuhauses wurde unsere Hochzeitsreise zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben selten so liebevolle, humorvolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber erlebt. Jede Empfehlung, jede Reservierung und jede kleine Geste war Gold wert. Es war unser erstes Mal in Thailand / auf Samui, aber sicher nicht das letzte. Wenn wir zurückkommen, dann ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch. Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie ist viel schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern ist es absolut zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist super! Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

This was a beautiful place with basically a private beach and the most gorgeous sunset views you ever did see. The host was responsive, and check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten auf dem Weg nach Koh Phangan einen kurzen Zwischenstopp mit Übernachtung eingeplant – und es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zum Abschied haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin und das gesamte Team waren unglaublich liebevoll und aufmerksam – so sehr, dass wir am liebsten länger geblieben wären. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel! A very nice house/apartment complex on the south of Koh Samui. Great pools and nice restaurants withn a short walk, good access to a beach. A big house (3BR) with all amenities, two big bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen. A small hurdle was a communication with the local staff but nothing serious. We would love to return if available next time we visit.

Die Unterkunft war top top top. Sehr familiär, es werden nur 4 Bungalows vermietet. Für Liebhaber von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Wir hatten den Transfer vom Flughafen dabei und es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Alle sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe ist wunderbar. Fotos der Unterkunft entsprechen 100% der Realität. Zusätzlich hatten wir das Glück luminiszierendes Plankton beobachten zu können. Wow! Ein einmaliges Erlebnis.
