The lodge is surrounded by some of the best scenery Scotland has to offer. The perfect base to explore Loch Ness, Isle of Skye, Cairngorms National Park, Glenfinnan viaduct (Harry Potter Hogwarts Express) Glencoe and Glen Etive. Activities are also available and are provided by Active Outdoor Pursuits.

The Crazy Cabin in Achnacarry is the perfect place to stop if you're walking the Great Glen Way, canoeing the Caledonian Canal, or just exploring this beautiful part of Scotland by car. Small, cosy and comfortable for two with twin beds, seating and microwave cooking facilities inside the Cabin; and a toilet/shower space for your exclusive use outside just round the back. And a covered decking area to enjoy the amazing views. Osprey, red deer, red squirrels and pine martin are regular visitors.

Rosie the Road Workers' Living Wagon

Situated in Upper Inverroy, near Roy Bridge, and with unbroken views to some of Scotland’s highest and most beautiful peaks, Rosie is ideally placed for visitors who are keen to explore the beautiful mountains, glens, lochs and coastal waters of Lochaber, the outdoor capital of the U.K. Rosie was built in 2019 upon an original early 1930’s road workers’ living wagon chassis. Situated in a private position adjacent to our house, Rosie looks out towards  the magnificent Grey Corrie mountains.

Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and welcoming pets, True North lodge is a Scandinavian inspired A-framed self-catering lodge nestled in the trees on the banks of Loch Oich. We're just off the A82 just south of Loch Ness/Fort Augustus. We offer a fantastic base for touring, sightseeing & relaxing in nature. The Great Glen Way & the Caledonian Canal are on our doorstep & we're only 15 min to Loch Ness, 25 min to Nevis Range Ski Resort, 40 min to Ben Nevis Base and 50 min to Glenfinnan Viaduct.

The Bunk House with Private Hot Tub

The Bunk House has two rustic log bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, kitchen, lounge-dining area and heating. Linen and towels are also provided, the space measures a total of 35 m2. Please note this is dormitory style accommodation. You will also be able to use the fire pit, canoes, paddle boards, and rowing boat during your stay. There’s also a hot tub too now! Free Parking. Single night stays are subject to a £35 supplement which will be added to your reservation after you book.

The Wee Knoll

This peaceful and private location in the heart of the Highlands provides a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors or the peace and quiet to relax. It is the perfect spot for walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, water sports and wildlife spotting. It is a central point on the Great Glen Way meaning nothing is too far from here such as Loch Ness or Ben Nevis. It is also on the way to Skye meaning it provides a perfect stopover to recharge before carrying on through the Highlands.

Torea Cabin, cosy with loch view

Enjoy the peace and views at our cosy wee cabin. Beautiful setting on the banks of Loch Eil. Watch the Jacobite Steam Train pass on the opposite shore, along with the sea birds and other wildlife. Easy access to the water if you have kayaks or paddle boards. Located within the grounds of our home, so you share the driveway and garden. Make sure you bring your provisions as we are 35 minutes drive from Fort William and there are no shops or restaurants near by.

Croft House Bothy in Heart of Highlands

Featured in the Guardian Travel's "10 of the Best Wilderness Holidays in Scotland" get back-to-basics in this beautiful old croft house bothy, hidden on a hillside between the Five Sisters of Kintail and Eilean Donan Castle. With no running water or cooking facilities, this is not for the faint hearted. Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, listen to the waterfall.
