Our lovely hideaway is just a stones throw to the beach, simply walk across the road to the beautiful nature reserve. Turn left and walk to the beach or turn right to hike up the hill to the beautiful trails and lookouts. If you're feeling lazy there's no need to leave at all, the house is extremely comfortable with a spalike balinese feel. Relax on the private front deck, or take a dip in the garden fringed pool. Bateau Bay is ideal for snorkelling, swimming and has a world class surf break.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Freshly renovated beach house across the road from Second Creek at Redhead Beach. Close to shops, surf club, bowling club and restaurants. Open plan living space, flowing out onto an outdoor deck and fire pit. BBQ available for use including BBQ tools, spray oil and paper towel. Also available on request is the use soft top surfboard and a stand-up paddle board for when the surf is flat. Contactless check-in.

Caves Beach House is located opposite the grass reserve that fronts Caves Beach. The house has uninterrupted ocean views and is only 300 metre walking distance to the beach. This 2 storey house has been recently renovated and has modern comfortable furnishings. Sleeps 2 couples and 4 children comfortably or 6 adults maximum (there are 6 separate beds).
