Easy Breezy Bungalow

This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in this 3/br, 1/ba house. We're close to shopping & restaurants but nestled away. St. Simons & Jekyll are 20 min away. Bring your boats & launch them at Blythe Island Regional Park, about 5 mi away, or at Blythe Island Beach Drive Park, 1.7 mi away. There's a sidewalk down Blythe Island Drive, making it only a short 30-min walk to play at the park, launch your boat, or fish off the pier. FLETC is 9.4 miles, approximately 17 minutes away.

Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/4 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. The backyard is fenced to provide privacy. The pool has night time lighting if you want to enjoy a night swim. If you enjoy bird watching you will love watching the birds out the window in the living room. The hummingbirds love to visit.
