Beautifully renovated wing of Georgian house in Brixham harbour with sea views from most rooms. The Quarterberth has a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, radiators and underfloor heating (bathrooms and hallway). A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.

Redcroft Heights is a lovely cozy cottage in Stoke Fleming, less than 5 miles to Dartmouth. Local restaurant & pub 10 mins walk. Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, large TV with Sky, inc sports and films, Netflix, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. Patio doors to the garden & sea views. WC/utility. Bed 1, large room with balcony & sea views, en-suite. Bed 2-large double. Bed 3 can be single, twin or dbl, but it is a small room. Bathroom, Parking for 2 cars, EVC (at additional Cost).

Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage, Kingswear-Dartmouth

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Bolthole is a small cosy open plan studio with garden. Compact but carefully thought through for a comfortable stay. Set in the heart of Kingswear down from street level & opposite our other rental property it is opposite the creek & River Dart which are possible to see from the garden. A few mins walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking is free a few minutes walk from the property & paid parking is in the marina.

Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Shrimp Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II Listed Fisherman’s cottage in Brixham’s famed ‘Fish Town’. Designed to provide a distinctive and comfortable space for couples. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
