Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
