We had a brilliant stay and loved the amazing views. The apartment is bigger in person and really well laid out. Everything was clean and comfortable with some essentials provided in the fridge which was a nice touch. It was great having a bistro next door too when we wanted to eat out on our last night. The weather was mixed so we didn’t get to enjoy the wrap around balcony as much as we hoped but you can still enjoy the views from the warmth and comfort of the seating indoors. Would recommend and definitely come back.

Beautiful flat in a perfect location with stunning views! the flat was spacious for me, my mum and my sister to share, with everything we needed. Claudio met us at the flat to let us in, show us around and even brought us a little bag of groceries to get us started for the weekend! The location is great for getting around Largs and anywhere you need to drive to. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Largs. Thank you Claudio!

We had a great few days in Helensburgh visiting our daughter who lives locally. Margaret is a wonderful host and has a beautiful house and gardens - perfect for our energetic spaniel to run around in. While attached to the main house, the apartment is very private and you’d never know your hosts were the other side of the wall. If you needed anything however, Margaret was always on hand to help out. The apartment was spotless and had lots of amenities- exactly as described. The place is also ideally located for this beautiful part of Scotland, with Loch Lomond just a 10 minute drive away. We look forward to staying at Margaret’s again in the future and can’t thank her enough.

Loved my stay at this beautiful apartment, in walking distance of Lochwinnoch station and with many great walks around. Suz was an incredibly helpful and responsive host, and an issue with the shower was fixed on the same day I reported the issue. The apartment is clean, bright, and quiet, with everything you need. If you’re on a walking holiday like I was, I highly recommend looking at the Lochwinnoch Walks booklet on the apartment living room shelves as I found a couple great walks I wouldn’t have thought of otherwise! I highly recommend the Lairdside Hill and Down the Other Side walk (in DRY weather) and the Cuffhill and Barcraigs Circuit.

The location was superb. The view of the Clyde from the sitting room’s front bay window was spectacular. The furnishings made the stay enjoyable and met our needs. It was a superb place and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again when back in Dunoon.

Beautiful cottage, very tastefully decorated and everything you need for a short holiday. The garden is very pretty and the views out onto the harbour are lovely. Not many food / drink options nearby and the only grocery shop is a small coop, so take plenty of supplies! One small niggle would be that even though there are 3 tvs, none of them are smart so don’t have Netflix or apps.

I rented Paul's accommodation for 7 weeks in total and it was lovely, clean and very handy for our tour during their rehearsal period. I shall definitely book again for more rehearsals in Jan/Feb/March 2025. Paul was also very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house.

Our New Year week had every possible kind of weather. The cottage was a cosy refuge when the rain and wind were doing their worst. All the facilities were great, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, everything just the way you’d expect. Our terrier enjoyed being right beside the sea front. And the sun did shine, too, and we had a sauna and swim in the sea. All outstanding.

not only is Marcool a beautiful cottage, the scenery and atmosphere in the area is stunning. like something from a film.

Lovely house , kitchen was equipped with everything required. Location was great with fantastic views of Goatfell.

This house is a home from home on a beautiful island. We actually got married on Gigha during our stay and Nicola went above and beyond to help us gather together anything we might need. It is such a beautiful island and this is a brilliant place to stay. There isn't much accommodation of the island so we felt very grateful to have booked Ceol Mara for our special week.

Laura’s place was impeccably clean. Cozy and homely yet with modern and new kitchen and bathrooms- gorgeous bath on 2nd floor! Laura gave the best advice on local tourist attractions, tailored to a family with young kids (Laura’s advice allowed us to see Glenariff waterfalls via path/footbridges behind the restaurant Larah Lodge with adjacent car park). Would definitely stay here again, lovely house and responsive host with so many attractions nearby

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

Sadly could only fit in one night in Balloch but Stuart’s apartment is centrally located, light airy and comfortable with views over the marina and secure parking. Easy to find and access with Stuart’s comprehensive instructions (best we’ve had), the only challenge you have is deciding on one of the many places to eat.

This flat is lovely not far from the Turnberry hotel so great location. Clare was lovely and even dropped the key off for me at the hotel as was having lunch. Lovely quiet area the flat is in plenty of parking. Lovely surroundings beach, light house. Highly recommend will be back 💖

A excellent location within walking distance to tgedentre of Dunoon. Great views from the lounge as well. Very well equipped which made for a very comfortable stay. Patricia replied to every query virtually immediately, even though she was away. Definitely a good airbnb location.

Accommodation was in perfect location, right in the heart of Troon. Easy access and free parking was a bonus. Flat was clean, modern and had everything that we needed for the couple of days we was there for. We would return again. Thanks for having us.

Absolute 10/10 hosts, could not be more helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the beautiful Woodside tower. We had a fabulous time relaxing and rewinding, will absolutely be back.

Lovely place for a couple. Made to feel welcome from the outset, especially as there was a welcome card and Scottish tablet and shortbread out for us on arrival! Contact from Vincent was quick, friendly and efficient. He went out of his way to get everything ready for us and the Old Post Office was just perfect. It had everything we needed and more, including a handy guide to facilitaties in the area. The location is lovely - right on the loch with the sun setting over the hills. There are some amazing examples of wealthy Victorian Glasgow merchants' houses along the shoreline- well worth a walk around to see. The local pub at Kilcreggan is very friendly and does good food and for more choice Hellensburgh is a pleasant 25 min drive and the shores of Loch Lomond are just a bit further - so 3 lochs all within easy access. All in all, we would highly recommend the Old Post Office and hosts.
