The property extends across both sides of the river with 1/3 mile of river frontage. Swim, kayak, fish, & relax. Come relax in this cozy cabin off of Hwy 70 with a gorgeous deck view near north Lake Greeson and Albert Pike Rec Area. Pike’s Place was built in 2024 and boasts beautiful pine ceilings in every room and is decorated to make you feel like you are on a mountain retreat. There’s even a game room for the kids with an arcade machine, foosball table and 65 inch tv so you can quietly relax in the hot tub on the back porch overlooking a peaceful Ouachita morning while the kids play.

Enjoy a comfortable stay at Lake Greeson in this cozy 3-bedroom home! It is equipped with a full kitchen and outdoor grill with a great patio to sit outside and relax. A swim beach is a 10-minute walk from the house! The dock on the beach is private, but the beach is accessible for boats. In response to concerns about the road we have added over 80 tons of gravel to make it easy for any vehicle. Let us know if you are traveling with your pet ($50).

Our own little piece of heaven at Lake Greeson. We are located right off of Kirby Landing Road in Kirby, Arkansas. We are exactly 1 mile from the boat landing & centrally located near Bear Creek Trails. This home was completed in 2025 and can accommodate 14 people comfortably. We have thought of everything for this house, all you have to do is show up with your food and drinks! Beautiful views with a modern home twist! You will never want to leave!

The Barn in Kirby AR

This home is located just on the outskirts of Kirby, AR. It is central to all the local activities. It is just a 15 min drive to Murfreesboro, and 19 min to the Diamond Mine. The nearest boat ramp is just 6 min up the road. It is also just a 15 min drive to Glenwood if you choose to float the Caddo River. If you choose to stay in the Barn it is plenty spacious for the family with family friendly activities. Or kick back on patio and enjoy the view!
