Lovely apartment very close to York minster and the city centre! We could easily access the city centre on foot! We also appreciated the welcome snacks and make up towels!

A wonderful ground-floor flat as part of a small estate of similar homes. Immaculately clean, plenty of light and large bedrooms. Alan and Lindsay were very responsive, with Alan even coming to greet us in person when we arrived. Great stay, nothing fell short of expectations.

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Amazingly central location and super easy check in. Gemma and Andy were really helpful in the run up to check in and helped us with the parking too. Would recommend if you’re visiting Harrogate! If you’re a light sleeper, take an eye mask as the white shutters mean you get a reasonable amount of light in the mornings.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

Found it located next to a coffee shop, which made getting breakfast a very easy choice The loccations easily walkable to the city centre and train station, the property came with a guest book with lots of information about local things to do, places to eat and where to go for drinks The place felt like everything was very thoughtfully planned out, lovely few days away, would definitely recommend to others

What a beautiful place to stay. was spotless, everything you needed to make our stay perfect. Couldn't find fault with anything. Lovely easy stroll into the centre of Harrogate. Would definitely recommend. It's a little gem 💎

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding locally. We know the village well and this place is perfectly situated. Shops and pubs moments away. It was clean and comfortable. Just what we needed. Simon is a great host, replying quickly every time we reached out. Would recommend.

it was our first time to visit York ans we had a wonderful stay at Mark and Donna's place!! The apartment had everything we needed — it was well-equipped, cozy, and felt very safe. They provided a handbook with instructions and recommendations. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Lovely apartment; exactly as pictured and described. Nice location. Hidden from main streets but very convenient to beaches and other areas. Perfect for a weekend getaway

A beautiful well presented flat within a short 15 minute walk to the city centre. plenty of choice of bars and restaurants nearby, would recommend to all and would definitely stay again.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

This place was incredible the decor was beautiful 😍 it was done so tastefully super impressed with the place. From the lighting to the furniture to the hot tub and sauna it was all amazing...the garden area was beautiful and the area had some nice food places really impressed would highly recommend. The host was friendly,responsive and very helpful also.

I rarely ever write reviews but this one was too amazing not to. Everything from the small details for my sister's birthday to the place blew us away. It's like a small paradise & completely unique. Very private & peaceful! I 100% would return, you will not regret booking this gem of a place. Thank you the most amazing hosts for being so kind & thoughtful!

had a beautiful say at ESK Cottage amazing views looking over whitby from the lovely hot and dicking area. the Cottage was lovely set out and cosy and in a brilliant location for walks into the heart of whitby. highly recommend looking forward to coming back

From booking this property to checking out, everything was made easy and convenient. The host was really responsive and rapid too. He was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He was able to offer lots of recommendations for local food outlets and places to go. Thank you for a fab stay!

Jackie and Richard were fantastic hosts , easy going and very clear with instructions for the apartment, responded very quickly to any messages sent didn’t get to meet them as it wasn’t necessary as it was all so well organised. We stayed for two nights in Apartment 3A the room was very homely and we settled in straight away , it was great to come back to after a long couple of days in the York . The apartment was very clean and hand all the appliances we needed , even a dishwasher! We left our car at the apartment each day and got an Uber into York for the Christmas market etc and found that very easy and reasonable in price . Thank you both for a lovely stay .

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

Would definitely book again, the place was amazing
