All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Our property also boasts an award-winning restaurant & tavern, The Old Salt, serving lunch and dinner. In warmer months, we offer outdoor seating in addition to our indoor dining. 1 Bedroom Sunset Suite (not oceanfront) with either 2 double or 2 queen beds in the bedroom and either a sleep sofa or queen Murphy bed in the living room. 600 +/- square feet of living space including living and dining area, small kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker and full bathroom. Private deck to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the serene and scenic marsh. Please be aware that there is construction taking place near our building.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
