Perfect for walking, jogging, and bicycle cruising, the drive is canopied with stunning live oak trees and lined with a variety of palms and tropical foliage. Easy access to all central Florida has to offer.

This fun guest apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Located within walking distance to tons of Cocoa Village restaurants/shops, great launch views, a 15 minute drive from Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, and a 40 minute drive to MCO. Enjoy the quiet backyard patio with a BBQ grill and firepit available for your use. Day trips to Orlando are easy from here. The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.

This bright little apartment is less than a minute's walk from the beach and furnished with a queen size mattress. It is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2-burner cooktop, and stainless steel appliances. Outdoor space include a covered patio with table and chairs and a paved common area patio. Beach chairs and colorful beach towels available in every unit. 1-mile from downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants and bars. 1-hour drive to Orlando International Airport and theme parks.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
