《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

Ce logement est un loft situé au dernier étage d'une machiya (maison traditionnelle) sur l'île centrale de Kyoto. Le dernier étage de HASU, un ancien ryokan (auberge), est un loft avec deux chambres qui sont chacune comme une petite maison. La chambre principale est située à l'est et la seconde est à l'ouest, il y a également deux salles de bain avec douche. Kyoto Machiya Gion "Kunitsukami" araka-tanaka

You are cordially invited to embark on a genuine Kyoto living experience at "Kunitsukami" araka-tanaka (the Gion House ). "Kunitsukami" araka-tanaka is a traditional Japanese 'machiya' is centrally-located in Gion. It was designated in Gion historic district building by Kyoto City Gov. The house was built in 1892, and was completely restored under the supervision of Kyoto City Gov, and it was stand up for historical Gion principle. It is rented an entire house, and private!

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. ｢Tabitabi Kawama｣is located between Kamo-river and Takase-river, and the word 〝Kawama〞means inter-river in Japanese. On the second floor, there is a specially-built independent balcony facing to Kamo-river. The design of house is based on the traditional Japanese style, such as wallpaper made of tinfoil and traditional tatami.

The house was an Ochaya (literally "tea house")before and we renovated it, which is an establishment where patrons are entertained by geisha. We kept the original structure and make it much more modern and comfortable. The river in front of the house is the must-see in Kyoto changing from cherry bloom to maples. The best location near Gojo bridge and Kiyomizuーgojo sta. can make it very convenient to all the famous spots.

The house was originally a teahouse, a more refined type of building than a typical machiya and closely tied to geisha culture.
