die poolanlage ist schön und gross. das zimmer war gut nur leider keine tolle Aussicht, aber kommt auf die Lage des Zimmers an.

Amazing value with a stunning apartment, superb ameneties (like the HUGE pool), and welcoming hoasts make this a rare find. The welcome letter that runs through the basics of checking in and out was very practical. Small nice decorative details enhance the experiense further and sitting out on the giant balcony overlooking the ocean every evening is the icing on the cake. Staying here, one does not necessarely need a car as one can eat either at the Marriott (at an exessive premium but still) or at any of the close beach restuarants serving nice food at reasnoble prices. We did have our own vehicle and wander just a couple of minutes into the closest "town" and you'll be spoilt for choise at "proper" Thai joints where 3 people eat (including soft drinks) for 120-150 b. One of us usually drove out and brought back lunch and had a nice poolside lunch in the very tranquil and relexed surroundings. If one gets tired of Thai food one needs not to worry; either head 8 km to Mae Phim and eat at Buffalo Bills or if one is craving authentic Italian cooking head 5 km in the other direction and dine at fantastic Mr Polenta (be sure to reserve a table). Travelling with kids this makes for a super place as the two water slides where mighty fun. Thank you and BRAVO!!!

真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

The place is clean and has everything as mentioned. We trust that the host hires a professional cleaner and laundry service, so the cleanliness, linens, and towels are of hotel-equivalent quality, which is very satisfying. The place is well maintained—it is not new but is still in good condition. The host paid close attention to our booking. We had seven people, when we arrived, we found an extra rollaway futon in the living room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are sufficient, allowing us to prepare a quick breakfast ourselves. The view from the room has a slight flaw, as the room is on the 8th floor and the ocean view is partially blocked by the hotel building in front. However, we can still enjoy a sea view. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to visit the place again in the future.

Great place to stay with direct pool access and washing machine. Also bed is excellent. Great interior design as all units in Azur.

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Området var stille og fredelig . Når vi spaserte noen minutter fant vi butikker og små billige spisesteder med god Thai mat. Folk i nabolaget var utrolig hyggelige og gjestfrie. Sentrum i Pattaya var en halvtimes biltur fra huset. Drosjeselskapet Bolt er veldig effektive og veldig billige . Verten var ganske travel men alltid tilgjengelig på meldinger. En gang trengte vi hjelp til å få tak i en lommebok vi hadde mistet og da stillte verten opp hundre prosent og fulgte oss til politiet og ventet til vi hadde fått den igjen. Vi anbefaler stedet til alle som ønsker å bo litt utenfor sentrum og oppleve litt annet enn turist Pattaya.

an amazing spot for a vacation. the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay with friends. highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to relax out by the pool or host movie nights.

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

Me and my family spent two weeks in Bengs apartment. Beng was a very good host from the start. Even before we arrived we had contact and he arranged for a mini van to pick us up from the airport. It was a very nice driver and cheap also. The apartment filled all our needs as a family of four. It is situated in a beautiful spot right by the beach and surrounded by small restaurants both on the beach and across the road. Through the reception of the apartment building we rented a tricycle, also very cheap only 350 baht a day. With that we went on small trips everyday. The beaches are nice, very clean and there are not any rocks. We had contact with Beng several times during our stay and he always answered within the hour and helped us with whatever we needed. We can really recommend his apartment and hope to be able to come and stay there again.

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

Great place would definitely book this again if we back to Pattaya. Very clean, spacious for 3 pax, almost complete kitchen appliances. Worth the penny, perfect place if you want pool and beach access in one. 🩷 Just had a little confusion entering the building and getting the keycard.

海边的日子很是舒服，每天枕着涛声入睡以及醒来，一望无际干净的海岸线就在眼前，太喜欢这里了，下一次还要过来小住几天。房主alex人要超好，去码头亲自接我们，退房的时候又送我们去曼谷的车站，谢谢！
