Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a kitchen. It is fully furnished, has a very fast Wi-fi, Smart television. Guests will allways find some coffee & tea. Private parking free of public parking charge. Apartment is located ina very suitable place it is city center, but very quite and easy to reach any place from it. The house is build by germans in year 1905. Various bus stops are close by, shops as well can be reached by 5 minute walk.

Butas yra labai šviesus, langai orientuoti į kiemo pusę, tai nesigirdi gatvės triukšmas. Namas turi savo vidinį kiemą tai nėra problemų su parkavimu. This 43 square meter apartment on the top ( 5th) floor. It is very light and modernized. It includes a living room together with a kitchen and one bedroom with a queen size (160x200) bed. The windows face the quiet side of the yard so it is very peaceful although being in the center. It is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the down town of Klaipeda and Anike square. The public transport is just 2 min away.
