I designed this space with one goal: to create an apartment I’d want to stay in myself, clean, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you might need. It was built in 2025 with a modern design. The private garden is a rare find, perfect for dinners outdoors. There’s a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive. A patio door leads from the living room directly into the 160 m2 garden. 5 min.walk to the tram (38), which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes, as well as to the bus station to the local mountains of Vienna, and to the underground (U4). The traffic-calmed dead-end street leads to the village Grinzing. The market, the boutiques and l Viennese coffee houses are within walking distance and invite you to stroll around.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. In unserem Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage bieten wir zur Vermietung unsere Dachgeschosswohnung. Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

House Catull

Dieses winzige Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Gemütlich und gastfreundlich liegt es in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum von Klosterneuburg - umgeben von romantischen Häusern aus dem Mittelalter. Direkt an der Bahn gelegen ist es der ideale Start für Erkundungstouren nach Wien oder auch in den Wiener Wald. Busse und Zug sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch Radfahrer haben nur wenige Meter zu den Radrouten an der Donau. Alles da - nur du fehlst noch!

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
