An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

Two minutes walk to the bus station,Town Center, Castle and beautiful Riverside walks and cafes and five minutes walk to the train station giving access to York, Harrogate and Leeds with easy access to major events in the area such as the Great Yorkshire Show & Flower Show

No private parking, 20m past property on left to park to unload as street is narrow. Car parks are very close to the property. Not suitable to host infants, children or pets.

The apartment is managed by the owners, Keith and Jude and we will meet you upon arrival and are here to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I can provide a parking permits for your stay. No smoking inside the flat but fine in the area outside the main door. The flat has a radio a TV with DVD and a CD player. A sofa bed is available-please book a minimum of 3 guests to use it so that the price adjusts. The kitchen is well equipped. Ceiling height 6' 3".
