Toutes les pieces ont une climatisation et ventilateur! Je fournis 15kW d'électricité par jour (suffisant). Tout dépassement sera facturé 20THB par kW supplémentaire. Veuillez noter qu'il y a un bar en face l'appartement = bruit!
