Appartement parfaitement situé en plein milieu de la rue piétonne - bar et restaurant a moins de 10m Ce duplex de 60m² (pour 4-5 personnes) est composé d'un grand séjour climatisé, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de 2 chambres, d'une salle de bain et d'un balcon. Toutes les pieces ont une climatisation et ventilateur! Je fournis 15kW d'électricité par jour (suffisant). Tout dépassement sera facturé 20THB par kW supplémentaire. Veuillez noter qu'il y a un bar en face l'appartement = bruit!
