Un emplacement parfait à 20 m de la mer dans un environnement très paisible sans aucune voiture. Tout se fait à pied. La mer est très belle, transparente et on peut se baigner en face de la maison. Le logement est très bien proportionné avec ses 4 chambres indépendantes idéale pour famille nombreuse. Nada était très accueillante, sympathique et très aidante. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment parfaite et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccellente in questa casa! La struttura è molto spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata, con letti comodi che ci hanno permesso di riposare al meglio. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi km da una splendida spiaggia di sabbia, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il mare. La doccia esterna è stata un'ottima aggiunta, comodissima per sciacquarsi al rientro dalla spiaggia. Un grande grazie alla proprietaria, che è stata sempre molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Consigliatissima per una vacanza rilassante! 5 stelle!

Great apartment, central location. Quiet at night time and the space was huge! We had some trouble getting to the bus station the morning we left and they were extremely helpful!

I am very satisfied with the apartment top location, very central to everything, super well maintained and equipped in addition, the landlord is very helpful, so far the best landlord I have met. Simply top Ivan was the best guy !

Great location, 1min away from the main beach and grocery shops. Apartment just as the pics, clean and simple.

Everything is perfect, if you are looking for quiet, cheap place it's perfect. If you need only place to stay night and relax after sunny day it's the best choice. Room is in the sun only till noon and after it is covered by chilling shadow. Vrsi Zukve is small, quiet village but there was something "magical" and calm in it. You can take a walk by the sea, go to the other part of Vrsi with beach bars and few restaurants. It was great place to start 1-day trips to Zadar or Paklenica NP. Also there are few beautiful beaches (also sandy) but you should ask Ljubica how to find them, she was very helpful.

The stay at Goran‘s place was great! His very sweet mother who lives in the building welcomed us and showed us everything. The place is perfect for 2 people who want to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen is equipped pretty basic, you do need to bring some spices and something to make coffee in. Everything else was great for some easy cooking. The area is only 5 minutes with the car from Nin, which is a charming small town. Because we were there off-season, end of September, a lot of restaurants in this area were closed, but it was no problem for us to drive 5 minutes into Nin. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Absolut perfekt. Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer, Bad und Küche schön und sauber. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, da auf der Durchreise. Kommen aber gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Wir waren mit zwei Familien und fünf Kindern vor Ort. Die Kinder konnten wunderbar im Garten spielen, Hängematten, Schaukel, Inlineskates vor dem Haus da die Straße eine Sackgasse war. Alles möglich. Wir durften im Garten frische Zitronen ernten, und Salat schneiden. Alle Kräuter konnten wir für unsere Küche nutzen. Herrlich. Wir hatten zwischendurch Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und Annamarija hat sich sofort bei uns zurück gemeldet und jemanden zum Reparieren vorbei geschickt. Alles Wunderbar! Wir kommen gern wieder ☺️

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung. Besonders begeistert hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist auch sehr gut ausgestatt, kurzum es hat alles was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ein gannz dickes Dankeschön an Marijana für ihre Gastfreundschaft und die besonders leckeren Kuchen.

Ich bin sehr herzlich von Marina empfangen worden. Ich kam spät Abends an, sie wartete auf mich, das fand ich toll. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig, genauso, wie beschrieben. Sehr schöne Loggia mit Blick in den Garten!! Eine tolle Lage, direkt in der Altstadt von Nin, alles zu Fuss erreichtbar!! Konnte sehr gut mit Marina kommunizieren!! D

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Zeer comfortabele villa voor 3 koppels of een groot gezin. Tevens een mooie uitvalsbasis voor 8watersport)-activiteiten in de regio. Belangrijk weetje: het toeristenseizoen loopt van juni t/m oktober. Begin mei was er weinig open/actief.

Ubytování bylo krásné,jen jsme byli překvapeni, že dole bydleli Domovů rodiče.Ale prakticky jsme o nich nevěděli a byli velice hodní.

Ivan hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns seine Hilfe für alles angeboten. Wir habe 2 Wochen mit 2 Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, wir mussten diesmal nichts an Extras für die Wohnung besorgen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine ist einfach Gold Wert und hat uns wertvolle Zeit geschenkt 😉😁 Eine der vielen kleinen Strandbuchten ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort ist es eher ruhig und gar nicht überfüllt. toll ist es dass in der nähe ein Taxiboot für 3€ p.P. von der Promenade in die Stadt Rab fährt, sogar bis Nachts... Der Sandstrand in Lopar ist in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar. Geschäfte gibt es auch relativ in der nähe, aber eher mit dem Auto oder Rad erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit. Unser Fazit: Eine blitzblank saubere Wohnung, eine sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub auf der Insel Rab!

We had a really great and pleasant stay at Marins apartment. He is very helpful and we could even rent a car easily. He even sends me the jacket home because i forgot it 🙂 he also had great tips for the island and the apartment is perfectly located right at the sea. Definetly worth a visit especially with the big terrace! Thank you!

Alloggio accogliente e vicino al centro, perfetto per 3 persone

La casa é in un‘ottima posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia sotto casa, in auto con soli 5 minuti abbiamo visitato spiagge migliori. L’abitazione era pulita, in ordine e rispecchiava perfettamente quel che ci era stato mostrato in foto. Eravamo in 7 ragazzi giovani e abbiamo trovato molte attività nella zona. L‘Host é stato cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare e che spiagge visitare. É stato un piacere alloggiare nell’abitazione di Doris

Sanel si è subito dimostrato molto gentile e affidabile , tempo di risposta molto breve . Eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Vicino al centro , pieno di cose da fare . Ringraziamo veramente Sanel per averci fatto scoprire questo posto fantastico . Grazie .

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

We stayed in Ante's house for a 2 weeks in August and would highly recommend this host. He is very responsive to the slightest request and knows all the right places to go. What's more, he's very friendly, and we'd like to thank him for his good humour throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus with the summer heat!

Iva was a really welcoming host. He showed us the apartment and surroundings, and made us feel like home. The beach is literally in front of the house with a clean entrance to the sea. In addition , he has a little helper, dog named Laika. As owners of dogs, we were really happy how she welcomed our dog and played together. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would highly recommend it if you want a peaceful vacation.
