The Bungalows at Pliva Springs are located right at the source of the Pliva River in the village of Pljeva, known for the three sources of this river. Our location is exceptionally unique because two of these sources pass through our property, with one springing directly in our backyard, visible from your windows.These bungalows are situated on a plot of land surrounded by forest on three sides, providing great privacy and healthy air. New apartment with an amazing view on Vrbas river and hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is 9min walk from the city centre bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)
