Dieses stilvolle zwei Zimmerapartement mit eigenem Eingang eignet sich perfekt für euren Trip nach Berlin und bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort in urbaner Nähe. Friedrichshain, 10min., Treptow, 15min. & Kreuzberg, 20min. sind fussläufig. Neben der großen Wohnküche befindet sich das anschließende Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur ruhige Terrasse (40qm). Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Nous sommes une famille berlinoise et louons avec succès une partie de notre appartement depuis neuf ans. Sur 38 m², nous créons de la place pour trois adultes ou une famille. Le logement comprend une chambre à coucher, un salon-cuisine avec un canapé-lit ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Chaque chambre a sa propre porte afin de vous offrir intimité et confort. Que ce soit pour une courte visite ou un séjour plus long, nos locaux sont le refuge parfait pour s'éloigner de l'agitation de la grande ville

Our apartment offers three large rooms, a gourmet kitchen, a modern bathroom, 2 bedrooms in a quiet, convenient location. Notes: During the European Football Championship the apartment will be available for 2 people max, (possibly with 2 children from 12 years). Parties and loud soccer evenings are not permitted out of consideration for my neighbors. The City of Berlin charges an additional 7.5% citytax.

Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.
