Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Peter in der Nähe von Portorož und ist von Olivenhainen umgeben. Zusätzliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine zweite Reisegruppe gewünscht? Biodynamic Farm Dragonja - Olive Grove offers a unique, relaxing stay in a house not far from the village. The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.
