This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Come enjoy our beautiful holiday home “A Sight To Sea” finished in 2023. We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Cities like Omiš, Trogir and Makarska and beautiful beaches are all very near and approachable, especially if you are travelling with a car.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.
