The flat was very clean and comfortable, it has the perfect location, literally 4minutes from the beautiful beach, which is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The host was very friendly and helpful, waited for us at night after our flight was delayed, responded to every message within minutes and explained the best options for public transport. Definitely recommend and I already can't wait to come back here some day :)

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

First of all, the location of the appartment is great. It's close to the beach and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. Thus, it's a great choice if you plan to attend it. Bus station and supermarket is close too. The Old Town is also can be easily accessed by walk. The flat was tidy and comfortable. The description and pictures are accurate. Another great asset was communication with Andrej. He is very polite and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here a lot!

Wohnung war super eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Bequeme Betten. Tolle Lage - schöner Spaziergang am Strand entlang zur Altstadt. Drazen hat uns persönlich empfangen und schnell geantwortet. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Wow! Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt bei Vesna. Solche herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann ruhig in den Morgen starten mit Blick auf das Meer und von Bininje sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man sich auch per Bolt/Uber sehr günstig fahren lassen. Vesna war immer erreichbar und hat einen sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt. Es ist ein Supermarkt (Spar) 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch tolle Restaurants und einen Strand gibt es nicht weit von hier. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde es tun!Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder hierher. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

I was looking for a getaway and found what I needed at Morana and Robins’ place. For me it was worth it for the sunrises and sunsets. Little things set this place apart though the quietness rather depends on how noisy any neighbours are as other apartments are relatively near. Apartman Holmes has aircon and a fan but because of the doors, fly screens and blinds it is actually relatively easy to keep the place cool; I hardly used the fan and not the aircon at all during my stay though the daytime temperatures were over 30”c. The bed is comfy and there is plenty of space for clothes etc in the fitted wardrobe. Lovely shower (well used by me) and generally the whole place has been thoughtfully arranged to make the best of the space capped off with the wonderful balcony. I’d say a great place for couples to come and unwind though this single enjoyed it immensely too (I’m already working on returning with my wife). There are good eateries around and more are just a short drive away. Great 😀

Lejligheden er helt fantastisk. Stor altan med 180 graders havudsigt og derudover tagterrasse med solsenge. Gode bademuligheder fra molen neden for huset. Kan stærkt anbefales!

Lovely small apartment, about 35mins walk from the ferry so reasonable for getting around. The hosts downstairs were very friendly but respectful so felt very private. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by

Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

Im Haus war alles wie beschrieben. Das Einzige, was verwunderlich war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, dadurch, dass kein Haus mehr vor diesem steht, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf das Karinmeer. Leider ist jetzt der Weg vor dem Haus verlängert worden, so dass es nicht mehr ganz so ruhig ist, wie erhofft. Auch wurde der Strand auf der linken Seite jetzt mit Kies aufgefüllt, so dass die Natürlichkeit leider verloren gegangen ist. Aber das hat man in Kroatien jetzt leider so oft. Das sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit super Lage.

Wszystko super, gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani świeżymi warzywami i miodem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dostaliśmy nawet możliwość szybszego zameldowania. Dom zgodny z opisem i taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny, okolica spokojna.

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Świetna lokalizacja , bliskość morza, siedząc na tarasie w cieniu Oleandra, słyszeliśmy plusk wody. Domek uroczy, przytulny , dobrze wyposażony i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny, pomocny , załatwił nam parking -opłata 60 euro za 2 tygodnie. Miejscowość cicha , różne restauracje zachęcają do odwiedzin. Sklepy blisko domu. Byliśmy w 4 osoby i te 2 tygodnie minęły nam w bardzo przyjemnej atmosferze. Z żalem wyjeżdżaliśmy. Nawet bijące rano dzwony z pobliskiego kościoła przestały nam przeszkadzać. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

Arsos lejlighed er en lille hyggelig lejlighed på 1. sal, med balkon, hvorfra vi kunne se ud over hans frodige have, og vi frit kunne spise af vinduerne og figener. Meget tæt på alt: Bager, supermarked, bar, cafeer, restauranter og strandliv. Arso er hjælpsom og meget gæstfri og deler gerne ud af sin viden om øen.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Przepiekne miejsce z cudownym widokiem na Zadar i pobliskie wyspy. Mieszkanie czyste, gustownie urządzone na wysokim standardzie. Jacuzzi do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Przemiła Pani Marina, która dbała o nasz komfort każdego dnia. Wypożyczalnia rowerów tuż obok. Cudowne miejsce na relaks dla każdego.

Je recommande à 100%! L’appartement était parfait, très bien situé, beau et propre. La terrasse sur le toit était très agréable et bien qu’elle soit partagée, nous n’y avons croisé personne d’autre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôte, qui a été proactif, nous a fait de nombreuses recommandations pour les activités et les restaurants dans la ville selon nos goûts. La communication avec lui était facile et fluide. Les petites attentions laissées dans l’appartement pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée nous ont tout de suite fait sentir que nous étions les bienvenus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michelle. Nous avons été accueilli par Andreas qui a été très accueillant, attentionné et toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est conforme à la description et l'emplacement est idyllique pour des vacances paisibles loins des lieux bondés de monde. Je recommande cet appartement allez y les yeux fermés...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très lumineux et la terrasse est très agréable lorsque le soleil est là. La communication avec Luka était très fluide et il a toujours répondu très rapidement à mes messages. Nous n'étions pas préparées au réveil à 6h30 avec les cloches de l'église tous les matins. Cela surprend les premiers jours. Nous avons pu visiter tous les sites que nous voulions malgré un temps mitigé. Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Je recommande.

Cornelis was an incredibly friendly host who responded to my messages very quickly. He even went above and beyond by fulfilling a personal request and arranging flowers for my wife at our accommodation, as it was her birthday when we arrived. He was always available to help with any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
