Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

La vivienda ha sido totalmente reformada y equipada con materiales de alta calidad y que te hará disfrutar de momentos de relax y descanso únicos en Valencia. Aparte de todo esto, es relativamente sencillo estacionar en la calle.

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

A cool lady 😄 You enter the flat and go to your independent unit fully equipped with a bathroom and kitchen which only you will use and have access to. You can see the distribution on the picture. The flat it’s located in a 13 store building with elevator. It’s a residential area walking distance from Ruzafa neighbourhood. About 10 minutes. The area has free parking on the street.
