Big R's Retreat Secluded and located in Nature

Welcome to our home: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. They enjoy raising buffalo and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!). Now they want to share their idyllic and peaceful home with you. Drive down a dead-end road and pull up to a rustic cabin filled with high-tech and cozy amenities. We have something for everyone with a gas fireplace, tv (complete with dish, Cinemax, HBO and a Bluetooth sound system), board games and a full kitchen. Take a drink outside to soak in the hot tub or sit around the campfire. When the day is done, you will fall asleep instantly on the memory foam bed, either in the loft or the bedroom, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise looking out over your little getaway.

Dells Domes - Riverview Escape - Glamping Dome 4

Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

Yuba State Bank Apartment

The Yuba State Bank Apartment is the lower front apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. You can grab a drink and meal next door at The Still.

Downtown Wonewoc is just blocks away with several bars, coffee and ice cream parlor and even fine dining. The “400”bike trail and Baraboo River pass directly through town. Opportunities abound for hiking/biking/canoeing or just exploring the countryside.

All new renovated home atop a beautiful bluff in the Driftless Area. This house is set perfect for some of the most beautiful views in the area. Enjoy a cup of coffee around the gas fire pit on the front porch overlooking the the valley. Then transition to the back porch at night for more great views around the campfire. 5 miles from downtown Baraboo, you can follow the country roads through the Baraboo Bluffs to a majestic timber frame cabin. Tucked away on over 30 acres you'll find relaxation by the stocked pond, adventure out in the woods or cozy up by the wood burning fireplace (firewood not supplied) If you’d like to venture out , Devils lake is 15 mins, Wisconsin Dells 20 mins, and 2 ski resorts are within 25 minutes. Wineries, breweries, distillery, shops and restaurants can be found in the area.

A stone-stepped trail leads down to a private boat dock with swimming, SUPs, kayaks, and a canoe. Enjoy the Zen garden loop, wildflowers, and games, indoors or out. A perfect spot to unwind and explore.

Enjoy a small village's most iconic home only about 30 minutes from Wisconsin Dells, Baraboo and Spring Green. This cottage-style home was built in the 1920s, and within walking distance to a few delicious eateries & bars. Visit Wis. Dells waterparks, Circus World (Baraboo), Devil's Lake State Park (Baraboo), House on the Rock (Spring Green), American Players Theater (Spring Green), Amish country (Loganville/Hillpoint), and more! We're also licensed & insured.

Eagles Nest Retreat! Private Decks In Town

The Eagle's Nest is conveniently located nearby Timme's Dam and close to all the Dells’ attractions. If you have a fishing license, Timme's Dam is a perfect spot to make use of it. Kayak, paddle board or canoe into Mirror Lake just footsteps away from your front door. The best part about this home is the decks! There are 2 large decks on the back of the home that are perfect for grilling, hanging out and enjoying the beauty that made the Dells famous.
