Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Security cameras are on front and back of the house. No swimming pool.

This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Our place is great for 2-4 guests who prefer privacy AND convenience to airport, d’town, Opry. King bed, 2 Roku TVs, well equipped kitchen and bath, Starbucks coffee, small outdoor patio. Located on five acres and bordered by Stewarts Creek and the Sam Davis Home , guests have their own 590 sq foot suite with private entry door and access to the fenced/gated property. Only 30 minutes to BNA International Airport, Murfreesboro or downtown Nashville! Extra guest charges are for adults only. Up to two children (0-15 years) may accompany parents for no extra charge.
