Maja pakub võimalust põgeneda linnakärast nautima vaikust, rahu, puhast männimetsa õhku ning meretuult. Ümbritsev mets pakub võimalusi nii marjade kui ka seente korjamiseks, toniseerivaks rattasõiduks, hommiku- ja õhtujooksuks või jalutamiseks mööda looderannikut. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel on 2 randa.
