Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Grandpa's Place is a beautiful original Gold Coast home. It was built in the 1880's and has been relocated, renovated and modernised since then. It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.
