We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful home with our group of 15 college friends! The house exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, perfect for a big group. The outdoor spaces were amazing, with large decks and plenty of seating areas where we could relax and socialize. But what really made our stay stand out was the fantastic selection of games and activities! We spent hours playing table tennis and pickle ball, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and entertaining weekend. We would highly recommend this home to any large group or family looking for a memorable getaway. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was both spacious and cozy, providing the perfect blend of comfort and room to relax. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Whether lounging in the inviting living area or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, this place exceeded my expectations. A lovely home for our month long stay! We were very comfortable. It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were not cleaned/serviced during our time, after asking a few times. It was part of the reason we chose this home. The hostess was very responsive and courteous, explaining the problem was an ineffective switch in the pool company. A partial credit was promised and not yet delivered. I will update this review if anything changes. We would gladly stay in this home again and I recommend it fully!

We truly enjoyed our visit. The Airbnb was beautiful, the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. However the star of the show was the backyard, my children love nature and gardening so we were able to appreciate Matt’s beautiful garden while enjoying the weather.

The best-decorated Airbnb I've ever stayed in!! It truly felt like a home. The beds were comfortable, the AC was great, there were plenty of (very clean!) bathrooms and good common area to hang out. The kitchen was really nice and well-stocked with dishes and glassware. One of the bedrooms is in a detached apartment that requires going out through the garage and up a pretty steep set of stairs - not an issue for our group, but wasn't the clearest in the description! Communication was amazing and they were very helpful with an early check-in. Great coffee shop around the corner to get breakfast or kill some time before a flight :) I would highly recommend for any group coming to visit Austin!

This is our second stay at Arielle's Austin Airbnb and again, fantastic on every level. The space is so clean and cozy. The location is perfect for walking into downtown Austin easily from the quiet Holly neighborhood. Excellent restaurants within walking distance of this property. Arielle is easily one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. Many Airbnbs these days are marginal so I often prefer hotels - but Arielle's place is top notch and worth every penny. She accommodated an early check-in and late check-out that worked with our fly times. She made excellent dining recommendations and replied immediately to any messaging. They have a hot tub and a *cold tub* WOW - best nights sleep ever in their cozy beds after soaking! She ran over some coffee one Sunday morning because we ran out. I really cannot recommend this host enough. If you are thinking of staying in Austin , look no further- you've found the perfect place. We will definitely be back! Thanks Arielle!!

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

Our weekend getaway was an exceptional experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was well-maintained, plenty of beds and startup amenities. The location was ideal for us, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, with a view of the lake from several rooms. The dock on the lake was a plus for fishing. Whether you’re into outdoor adventures or looking for a relaxing retreat, this spot caters to both. The backyard was a highlight, with a pool/hot tub, seating area and BBQ grill. Game room and pool table were a hit as well. Communication with the host was seamless; they were prompt in responding to messages and provided thorough instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this vacation rental met our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Vista and would definitely return!

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Kathy’s house is absolutely amazing! The pool and hot tub were a hit and a must have on our trip. The area is friendly and quiet, lots of shopping and restaurants near by and easy to Uber from! House was clean and accommodated 8 adults on this trip easily. Will be staying here again next time we come back!

Sandi and Bob are incredible people and have a wonderful escape in Leander. Their space has so many activities and amenities to enjoy during your stay. You could spend hours just looking through the interior of the Bunkhouse with all the art and cool collectibles they have lying around. We got to see their two buffaloes & longhorn, and Sandi even let us hand-feed them! The Bunk House was spotless and has a vast amount of sleeping space. More than enough towels for taking a dip in the hot tub/pool. We will certainly be keeping Sandi & Bob in mind the next time we come down to Texas!

Annette was always super responsive with any questions. I rented the houses for a joint bachelor / bachelorette party for 13 people. There was plenty of space, although only 3 bathrooms which made getting ready and showering semi-difficult. The kitchen was partly stocked with things like coffee, spices, olive oil, etc The pool and house were very clean. It was relatively easy to get an uber to go into the city for about $50. Overall, we had a great time!

My husband and I stayed at La Luna for an anniversary getaway and it was perfect. The cabin was in a private area with beautiful views but close enough to Wimberley Square for shopping and dining. They provide all amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the swing and fire pit. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was the perfect little getaway spot. Cozy cabin, great views and right by the water. Kelly was great with responses when I had questions and made everything very easy. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! Super cute, private (there’s one other unit nearby, but it was empty.) The check in was easy, instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The place itself is beautiful, inside and out. Loved the hot tub and the privacy with it. The location is about a mile from downtown - just don’t expect to walk to the shops. It is a busy road without sidewalks. But still close! They even go the extra mile with preparation, offering to stock groceries or anything else needed. We loved it and would love to stay again some time.

We stayed two nights for a girls trip and it was perfect! The outside area was so nice to sit with a glass of wine and the neighborhood is peaceful and very walkable. We would definitely return.

Tricia's place was exactly what we were looking for and everything we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, secluded and incredibly peaceful. No neighbors, no noise, just absolute serenity. Plus, her pets were so friendly and definitely added to the whole experience. The cabin was amazing in itself because of how old it is and how well it's been preserved and maintained. It had every modern amenity you could want or need. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked great and the WiFi worked great for streaming. With all that said, we would absolutely go back again.

Loved the communication with the Heather and Megan! Anytime I had a question they always responded. Gorgeous home and in the perfect spot! My husband loved walking down to the water every day to fish and I enjoyed taking my daughter to Lakeway Park. We also visited the zoo and ice cream museum! One of my favorite things to do was to relax on the screened in porch. We had such a great time!
