The Happy Horse Farm Hotel is a beautiful newer construction home with lots of room and a great view of the adjoining horse farm on the back of the property. Deemed a Retirement home for Horses and cows, you can spend your evenings watching Ruby, Maddy, Star, Mountain girl and all the other wonderful animals we have roaming the 13 acres behind the house. Of course they are all friendly and appreciate any and all attention!

You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and 30 minutes from Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning). Roane state college 20min.
