Il s'agit d'une maison traditionnelle, récupérée selon ce concept, située dans la ville de Angra do Heroísmo, au sud de l'île et au pied de la Réserve Naturelle de Monte Brasil, une ville considérée Héritage Mondial de l'Humanité depuis 1983. Vous disposez encore d'un petit espace de jardin complètement privé, derrière la maison et d'un balcon très tranquille. Le logement a été distingué, par la Direction Régionale de l'Ambient, avec le prix de Logement Vert, depois le mois de Janvier 2018.
