A great place to stay, especially with the little kids. Lots of exploring to do in the beautiful yard. The swing was a great time!

Loved our stay on Melton Lane! It was just as described and worked perfectly for us. Very peaceful and beautiful. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Our friends and family had a great time staying at Reservation Stepping Stone Cove. The place was clean and spacious. We loved the view of the lake and the wildlife. Our hosts, Kate and Zack were super responsive and helpful in answering our myriad of questions. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our 4th year renting this house for a week of fishing. My friends and I enjoy the location and easy access to the water. House is always clean and our hosts, Andrew and Chad are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have.

My family and I had a great stay at Monique and Stan’s place. They were so friendly and helpful and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The location was beautiful and my kids loved meeting their horses. We would love to go back when the pool is open. Thanks again!

Sharon's home had ever creature comfort one could ask for. extra soft , warm blankets, a warm fireplace, a well design kitchen, comfy beds, relaxing spaces inside and outside, very dog friendly, a great neighborhood that was walk friendly, the list could go on. This is a prime pick.

We spent a lovely weekend at Andrew's place at Lake Anna. The space was exactly as described and Andrew was really understanding of our delayed arrival due to traffic and weather. We picked his place because we were traveling off season and knew that we wanted to be near the lake but probably wouldn't be spending much time in the lake. We spent a lot of time walking around the peaceful neighborhood and made a fire in the fire pit and enjoyed the smores' kit that he left us. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and even spent some time on the porch when the weather cleared up.

Lee's home is so very charming and welcoming! My family (made up of 3 couples for this wedding trip) felt right at home and each couple had their own sense of privacy yet there were many gathering spaces to enjoy time together. The space is lovely and very personal and so much fun to explore! Everything you may need to cook a meal, relax on the porch, or plan a fun adventure; it's all there for your use. Thanks to Lee for seeing to our every need! We will be sure to return when we're next in need of a lovely family gathering spot.

Lovely spot in the middle of Culpeper. The outer terrace was great, and we were lucky to have good weather to enjoy, coffee in the morning and a little wine in the evening. There are several great restaurants within walking distance as well. This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend our anniversary weekend as we enjoyed a few wineries in the area. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in the area.
