The Escape Hatch is the perfect get away. It's location is private and quiet but yet it is not far from numerous area activities. The large deck has gorgeous views of the lake and can accommodate all your guests. The house is very well stocked with pretty much everything you will need. The hosts are very responsive and easy to deal with, making our stay very easy and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was our 4th year renting this house for a week of fishing. My friends and I enjoy the location and easy access to the water. House is always clean and our hosts, Andrew and Chad are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have.

Great place for a big group! The dock is huge and a great spot for hanging out during the day. Everything was clean and host was super responsive for all questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Great place for a fall get away girls weekend! Beautiful location with views of the lake from every room! We enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning and the fire pit in the evening. Ashley was quick to respond to me and offered suggestions when I inquired. House is well equipped, they've thought of everything!

This is a lovely place off the lake, which was an ideal setting for our family spring break: peaceful, comfortable, a lovely view, and enough space for the kids to enough inside and out. Al was very friendly and went above and beyond in helping us feel at ease and helping us out when we forgot things at their place.

I have to say, this house really set the bar for our kids. Great big house, two living room areas, four nice-sized bedrooms. The kids LOVED the games (arcade, shuffleboard) and the kitchen had lots of great extras (salt & pepper, etc). Our dog also had a blast, plenty of space to walk her in the backyard and down the street. We walked down to the Lake, which was available to us but not really a place to hang out. Highly recommend the thrift shops nearby (Plum Pickings, for one). Would absolutely stay here again!

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

Rented this amazing location for a reunion with our friends. We had the best time, the new fire-pit was perfect for our hangout time, and we loved having a fire at night and reminiscing by it. The house had everything you need, all bedroom were nice, and the kitchen was well used and supplied. The big table for meals and games was great and we spend a lot of time there playing chess, Magic the Gathering, and Poker. The hottub was on time for us after a day spent checking out the lake and playing disk golf. Certainly really enjoyed that. Its worth mentioning they have a LOT of Tvs that are all very nice. As mega gamers we used the double TV setup in the den room to play Madden and watch NBA games at the same time. Really cant say enough good things about the whole experience and house. The owners were very responsive for anything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for family's & friends as it has more than most spots you will find. 10/10 / 5/5 all the above!

Kevin’s place was a great place The fenced yard was just what the pups needed The attention to detail as in coffee pod variety, great shower gel and big fluffy towels were so appreciated Would love to come back when we have more time and the water is warmer for trying out the kayaks

Tracy was very welcoming, informative and accommodating. She was very available if we had any concerns. We were planning a boat trip on the lake and she helped coordinate a boat rental that led to a lovely day on the water. Her mom is cozy and tidy and we felt very comfortable there.

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my son's wedding at the AirBnB. We had such a quick weekend full of wedding business, I just wish we had more time to relax as the home was definitely inviting. There was plenty of space for everyone and all stated how cozy the atmosphere made them feel. I wish we could have turned on the fireplaces, but that was not a deal breaker. This was our first time renting an AirBnB and we did not know what to expect. This experience far exceeded our expectations.

Sharon's home had ever creature comfort one could ask for. extra soft , warm blankets, a warm fireplace, a well design kitchen, comfy beds, relaxing spaces inside and outside, very dog friendly, a great neighborhood that was walk friendly, the list could go on. This is a prime pick.

Hands down the homiest Airbnb we have got the pleasure to enjoy. The property is absolutely beautiful and they have so many activities available for any outdoor lover. Our dogs lived their best life running the yards and relaxing.

Beautiful home! The kitchen and entire home was very well stocked . We had two families and felt like we had plenty of space. Great little view of the lake and a short walk down to the dock.

Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed with two other families for a weekend away. We had six adults and 7 kids 4yo and under (you read that right) and Tue setup was perfect for us! Open floor plan on the main level meant that we could keep eyes on the kids. The room setup was perfect for us, we put a few kids in the room upstairs with three beds, another couple in the bunk bed room, and my two babies used the pack-n-plays to stay on the main level with my husband and I. We had kids in all floor and parents on floors too! We visited in November so we didn’t get to take advantage of getting in the water but the kids loved fishing off the pier and we were all so thankful for the playground to burn off some energy! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear and knives and the movie room was an added bonus that we didn’t think we’d use much but we ended up loving! It was a great setup and price for our little getaway and we’ve already talked about coming back!

This cabin is a true gem. Spent the weekend with friends and 2 small pups for a girls getaway. Ample parking for multiple vehicles, easy check-in/out, great living room and porch for relaxing and board games. We brought our own games, but discovered a number of others available in the basement!! Quiet, peaceful setting with quick access to Lake Anna. Kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the fire pit because of the rain. Only 1.5 hours away from home and yet we all felt like we were on a real vacation! Oliver was an excellent host. We even had the option to stay later than checkout, but 6 women with husbands/children to return to meant we couldn’t indulge in another lazy morning (but we really wanted to!). Will definitely be adding this to my short list of “book again!”

Our stay at Knot on Call was fantastic. The house was immaculate and so family-friendly. Our hosts were thoughtful and very communicative. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Our kids didn't want to leave! We will surely be back.

As a group of 12 ( adults + kids) the place was perfect for us. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this beautiful home especially the backyard views with the lake were very peaceful.
