Waterfront guest house sharing two acres and 420 feet of shoreline with a separate main house occupied part-time by owners. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets on your stone patio with firepit, a 10'x10' dock with ladder, indoor gas fireplace, and an outdoor shower. This property is mid-lake on the "cold,” public side of Lake Anna. Peaceful tranquility during the week with action packed boating and water sports erupting on weekends! One bedroom with king bed. It is exactly the escape you need to leave all your stress behind offering you everything you need for vacation bliss. It features a perfect medley of rustic natural stylings and modern upgrades that will make you feel right at home. Pull in the driveway and let the experience begin! Take in the sight of tall trees as you head up to the covered porch with the woods singing a sweet symphony.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Hidden Haven

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance and soothing sounds of nature.

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

Spend the day at Lake Anna to swim/ kayak/ boat or visit the state park, just 5 minutes away. Enjoy local wineries, and explore historic Civil War battlefields. After a fun filled day, return to your private oasis with a fully equipped kitchen.
