Our freshly redone, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, cabin sits on 2/3 of an acre, across from Shadow Mountain, among Aspen, with 2 natural springs flowing, across from a Private Wetland where Moose, Elk, and Deer, can be found in our grassy yard. The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. It is a stand alone, family owned cabin built in 1903, in the most quiet part of town. Please note! We cannot accommodate for RVs, Boat or Snow Mobile Trailers. 4 Wheel Drive is recommended in winter. Welcome & Enjoy your stay!

That Dam Cabin!

This historic 309-square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire. On a clear night the stars are absolutely breathtaking!
