If you ate looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature this is the place. Cottage has the best location, you can see the wooded area and the lake and a short walk from the pool.

We rented January 1 - April 1, 2015. Owners were quickly responsive, very helpful, friendly - best owners we have ever rented from , anywhere. Cottage - exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, furniture comfortable, huge TV-cable-internet were exceptional, well equipped kitchen, beds comfortable, storage in dressers and closets. Outdoors - great to have a gas grill + screen patio, large front + side lawns, no steps, double parking area, resort community is friendly and welcoming - especially pickleball and yoga folks, lake is lovely with easy put in for kayaks at the boat ramp, sunsets are spectacular! We think you would have a wonderful time at this cottage.

We have been coming here for about 3 years now, it’s our all-time favorite place to escape to for some 1-1 time after a rough week! It’s a gorgeous location deep in the woods near Ocala National Forest. The property is amazing, with a big spring and lots of wooded area. If you’re into the outdoors, there’s plenty to do in the area just a short drive away. Our favorite feature is the hot tub overlooking the property. It’s so relaxing and peaceful at night! Only downside is maybe the public bathrooms/showers, as it gets very hot during the summer, but still well worth the stay. Worth the trip up from Tampa every couple months to truly unwind!

Amazing place! We even had a bear visitor, saw three deer on the side of the road coming back one night, and a baby alligator.

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !

Peaceful and beautiful. Cute cottage, near listed amenities. The location is better suited for families rather than couples.

We had a great time and the property was amazing with all of the horses.

We had a wonderful weekend and this beautiful place. The sliding glad door would not lock for us and the pool seemed to be closed on Sunday but other than that, everything was marvelous. Danielle is very responsive ! She took the time to make sure we got in safely and even followed up on the event we went to that day. Was so kind of her! Would definitely recommend and book again in the future!

Beautiful view, on the lake. Really enjoyed the screened in back patio - and the fire pit. Well appointed. Host replied to questions very quickly. Movies upstairs after dinner were a bonus. Lots of blankets to snuggle up in. Thanks, Teddy!

This was our second stay at Maribel's place. We love it! The backyard is perfect for our dog. The space is cozy and well-equipped (we made all our meals). The neighborhood is quiet. It's close to a dog park and pickleball courts. Maribel is a great communicator--helpful, responsive, and kind. We love the place and will definitely come back.

SO GRATEFUL! We came to escape the hurricane and Diana was so flexible and nice! The place was awesome too. More spacious than the pictures show. Private, quiet, away from the city! We had all that we needed and more. Played a ton of ping pong in the screened outdoor area. Next adventure we will be looking to book here again. 5/5 Stars!

We participated in an event at Dunns Creek State Park, which was under 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen essentials, to games for the down time to the fire pit outside.

Leslie was very responsive. The setting is private and the covered deck on rainy days wonderful to relax on. Leslie provided much appreciated extras like healthier cooking pans, sharp knives, a cutting board, and a medicine kit which are not usually provided in my years of experience. A word of caution apparently regarding airbnb policy. Check for potential price changes on your reservation Even IF you are subtracting something!!! Because I didn’t end up taking my dog with (deleting the pet fee), it changed my reservation and a $142.20 increase (county tax fee) was added! 😱

Perfect for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life! Very tranquil location surrounded by nature. Highly attentive and detail oriented hosts. Looking forward to many returns Mark & Alice :-)

Very nice people. The place is clean and quiet.

Nice spacious cabin in the woods. Accommodated 9 people perfectly. Porch area is spacious as well and is a great area to spend time outdoors while still having shade. Host was great and eager to help with any issue that may arise. Highly recommend this cabin and would not hesitate to stay here time and time again!

La cabane de Mickael était super nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’endroit est très paisible pas loin de silver Glenn springs. Si vous avez de la chance vous verrez peut être des ours. Nous l’avons loupé d’un jour ils sont dans les environs !

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of every day life then this is the place for you. You could stay here and never have to leave the property to have a great time. My partner and I spent our 10 year anniversary here and it was great! We woke up to limpkins fishing on the shore and fell asleep to the sound of crickets. We went to Blue Spring State Park just up the road (or river) and saw a plethora of animals including manatees and alligators. We also had a fantastic time watching the fireflies at night. The host provided ample entertainment and we spent most nights playing cards, listening to records, and watching VHS movies. Overall, we had a wonderful time making the most of the nature here and enjoyed the amenities provided.

This is a great spot to escape the hustle & bustle!! The views are stunning, it's a very quiet and peaceful spot! Marcus was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

This is a very special place and Liz is a wonderful host! We will definitely be back!

We went to snorkel at Devil's Den and stayed 2 nights at Karen's place. The cabin was beautiful and looked just like the photos. We met her goats snd chickens and horses and the property was stunning. Incredibly peaceful and felt far away from the world, yet only 10 minutes to Devil's Den. She left a great list of local restaurants and attractions. Was just lovley to drink coffee in the morning on the porch swings. We had delicious pizza at Archie's, but mostly just enjoyed the cabin and property. Highly recommend!

Very nice home, located within 20 minutes to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. We loved the seclusion, the home’s architecture, and the detached BBQ screened-in shelter. The large backyard is great for the activities they provide (cornhole, mini soccer, and tree swinging). We were there in the summer but the water level in the back was too shallow to launch the canoes but that’s no problem with tons of local kayaking options. The house is on a 12-minute drive dirt road that can be difficult to find at night. Also, the house does not have any cell reception but the house has ok WiFi speeds to stream movies and use FaceTime (voice); that’s the price to be in seclusion, peace, and nature. Check in and out were a breeze and the indoor amenities are nice. We recommend this home for a nice getaway.
