Full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Located in town next to city parking lot and one block from grocery store and sports bar. Features a fireplace, WiFi, and fully furnished. **Refunds will not being given if Guests cancels the remainder booked days during their stay. Cancelation period is a minimum of 5 days before check-in.

Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

The loft is located on Main Street in historic downtown Hutchinson. Walking distance to little shops, restaurants, bars, the library, the historic movie theatre and others. Less than 2 blocks gets you to the Luce Line Trail along the Crow River.
