Cute little place in a great location and lovely friendly hosts. Very grateful for the pet-friendly policy and enjoyed all the walks in the parks and along the water. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Look no further! Home away from home! 5 star location (walking distance to spas, market, restaurants, ferry, etc...), 5 star home (super clean, ALL amenities possible, very cozy) and 5 star host who displayed a great deal of flexibility with a 4 year old. We had a beautiful time! We didn’t spend much time at the BnB since we were out exploring — it’s super close to everything! It has all the great facilities you’d need if you just wanted to stay in, including dinnerware, a cooktop, and a COFFEE MACHINE! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and everything was super clean, tidy, and spacious. Jennifer is so lovely and created an amazing stay for us!

Stayed for two nights with my partner. The property is located on a beautiful spot with vineyards, ponds, trees, and views of the surrounding valley. The welcome gift was very much appreciated. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for hosting us!

Was greeted by Tracy on arrival. Tracy was great and informative. There’s a long narrow stairway down side of house to bottom of property where we stayed. May not be ideal for those who struggle to walk up and down flights of stairs but was no biggie for us! Clean and tidy Bedroom, Kitchen (with gas stove) and Bathroom/Laundry areas. Comfortable Lounge suite and outdoor lounging suite. There’s a slight clutter with furnitures in lounge/dining and outdoors but realised that the waterfront yard is not private unless Tracy has no guests on her other Airbnb listing which I was not aware of and that’s on me btw (for not reading up on it). BUT, once you see the water, the jetty and the wildlife in their elements, everything else are only minor things lol. Hubby caught some fish on the jetty but was unable to go out on boat due to wet and stormy weather. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a great time away from home and enjoyed our stay. Tania was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions. The property was exactly as described, very clean and spacious. Nice gardens. Tania was very helpful with local information and suggestions. Would definitely recommend Tania and her lovely cottage.

Loved my stay! Great amenities - well maintained space with fun and functional tech across all spaces. Doody & Robert were responsive and helpful hosts. I also loved that it's in walking distance of the Sunday farmer's markets - the weekend I went it was bucketing down, but still well worth popping down for a quick explore. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Newcastle! 😊

We stayed at Britt’s place for a couple of nights. It was a prefect fit for us, a family of three with a young child. The apartment with terrace is spacious and offers a lot of privacy, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything for day to day. We visited to experience Hunter Valley. A wealth of vineyards, cellar doors and fabulous restaurants and cafés are just a short drive away. We had an amazing time and will be back, when in Hunter Region!

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

The place was great! Felt like home immediately. We stayed there just one night but it was cozy, spacious, clean. It had all amenities we needed for cooking. TV with Netflix was a plus and a comfy couch too. That is how I imagine perfect airbnb. Pictures were accurate to the accommodation. Thank you 🙏

Such a great experience. Everything was so clean and perfectly organised with everything working perfectly. Such a modern house with all new appliances. It felt like home in a Hampton style beach house and had everything we needed that we didn’t think of. By far the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Catherine hill bay is such a nice modern estate area overlooking the beach. The beach was only a few minutes walk down the road. I appreciate the flexible check in and check out, as well as an update on the trading hours of the local grocery stores & pubs. Thank you Courtney and Tammie for the wonderful stay!

Joe's cozy bnb was the perfect getaway, right by the marina & surrounded by beautiful bush. the space is small but open comforting, has everything you'd ever need & plenty of adventures lay wait. would recommend 11/10

This was my first time in Hunter Valley and Jenny’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s very centrally located within 10 min drive from fabulous wineries and great dining places! The space itself is super nice, peaceful and quiet. It’s perfect for a nice little getaway. Has everything that you need! Jenny & David were super nice! They had very clear instructions sent proactively which made our check-in and check-out seamless. We did get to briefly meet them on site and they were super lovely! Highly recommend!

Can’t thank the hosts enough. They were vey helpful and understanding through our little pit stop from Melbourne to Brisbane. The trip was a distaste and they made everything much easier. Unfortunately didn’t stay long enough to soak everything in however the property, amenities and surroundings looked great!

Jamie and his partner Zoe were very accommodating! They had everything set up, clear instructions and provided things like shampoo and conditioner. They were also very proactive with communication. Rooms were very tidy when walking in, and the pool was perfect just to relax in. Would definitely book again! Great find.

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

It was our second time in this beautiful lake house and we really enjoyed it again. Jeff and Michele were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. It became one of my favorite places to visit.

Loved my stay here! Elizabeth let me leave my stuff in the accommodation in the morning (hours before check in), left lovely snacks and everything you need for breakfast in the unit, and was very kind and helpful. Elizabeth also offered me a lift to the train station cause the rain was so heavy and brought my washing to me when it was finished in the dryer (through the pouring rain). The accommodation is so cosy and actually feels a lot bigger than the photos indicate. The location is amazing, you’re barely 200 m to the beach, the best coffee spots in town (my opinion as a previous local) and some of the best pubs/ restaurants. I’ve stayed in loads of Airbnb’s and Elizabeth has got to be the kindest nicest host I’ve ever had.
