Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and hold the resident chickens, and bring treats for the two pigs! Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.

Ivy Studio has its own driveway leads to its own courtyard. It is as small foot printed as it does have everything you need for a home outside of your home stay. Large shower, queen bed.
