We had a wonderful stay. The house, the location, the water, the view everything was beautiful. Lots of room for my family of six. The kids had a blast with all the outdoor activities. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you would need including a barbecue in the backyard. We were in town for my daughter‘s graduation in Athens and decided to make it a long weekend at the lake instead of fighting the crowds up in Athens. It was a brilliant decision. We absolutely loved it!

Love this spot on the lake. The house is beautiful and well taken care of, clean, and convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay as the home was perfect size and my family loved it. Very clean and very well appointed from furnishings to kitchen wares. Hot tub and fire pit were also great along with lake views.

Beautiful home located in Lake Oconee with great lake views and even greater sunsets. The place had everything we needed and more. We did kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake, as well as some fishing. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of tools & spices. Overall, great experience for our group of 12.

Highly recommended!! We’ll be back for sure!

What a beautiful lake house. Well maintained and listing accurately describes the place. It was a little tricky finding the place but Chris provided detailed instructions that helped out. Unfortunately it rained a lot of the trip so we didn’t enjoy the lake amenities but we would love to go back and enjoy another week there.

What a great place to stay!. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, calm, perfect location, well equipped. We loved our stay. The weather was the only bummer as we had rain for our lake weekend. Didn’t matter we were able to kayak, fish and relax in between the showers. Very good instructions were given so that we could take care of the cottage appropriately. We had a most excellent weekend and would love to go back.

We had a very nice family reunion at this house. There were 16 of us and we were able to spread out into many comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. However, the 2 basement bedrooms were not quiet, due to the noise of walking above in the kitchen area. We spent many hours on the huge screened back porch, eating all of our meals at large picnic tables, with a nice sitting area at the other end of the porch. The children enjoyed the fenced playground area and a nice yard to play in. They had fun playing on the boat dock as well as the large bedroom and playroom upstairs. We cooked all of our meals and there was plenty of dishes, silverware and serving dishes. We used the fire pit, the outdoor grill and the hot tube. Our stay was enjoyable for everyone.
